Need sweet ideas for something a little different this Thanksgiving - yet easy to bake (or make) and absolutely yummy?

Here are three mouth-watering dessert recipes that are going to make your Thanksgiving celebration delicious and fun:

Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Dip

Thanksgiving is not the same without pumpkin flavors. Now, how about a pumpkin mousse, that requires no baking, is presented in an adorable pumpkin ball, and is great for sharing over some fun storytelling?

Ingredients:

¾ cup International Delight Pumpkin Pie Spice Creamer

1 3.4 oz. package pumpkin spice instant pudding

1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened

¼ cup granulated sugar

2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed

Medium Fancy Pecan Pieces for garnish

In a bowl, whisk together the International Delight Pumpkin Pie Spice Creamer with pumpkin spice instant pudding and set aside for about 5 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and sugar, then add in pudding and beat. Once well combined, fold in the 2 cups of thawed whipped topping and refrigerate until it sets.

When ready to serve, fill a pumpkin shaped bowl (or similar) with this delicious and creamy Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Dip and top it with pecan pieces. Serve with crackers of your choice.

Pumpkin spice instant pudding is seasonal; you can alternatively use vanilla or cheesecake instant pudding and add a teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice.

White Chocolate Pumpkin Cups

Ingredients:

3/4 cup graham crackers - grounded

1/3 cup pumpkin puree

2 oz. cream cheese-softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/4 tsp. cinnamon or pumpkin spice

15 oz. white chocolate, such as Van Leer White Compound Chocolate Wafer

Line a mini-muffin tin with mini cupcake liners; line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice (or cinnamon). Stir in grounded cookies and set in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Roll 1 heaping teaspoon of the mixture into balls (should be 24 balls) and place them on parchment paper. If the mixture is too sticky to roll, add more grounded graham crackers.

Melt white chocolate and spread 1 tablespoon into the bottom of each lined muffin cup, set in the freezer for couple of minutes to harden the chocolate.

Place one pumpkin cream cheese ball into each cup and flatten it a bit with your fingers. Cover pumpkin balls with melted chocolate; tap the pan gently on the working surface to make sure that chocolate is evenly spread over the pumpkin. Set it in the freezer for 5 minutes to harden the chocolate. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.

To add some fall colors and even more yumminess to these flavorful cups, decorate with Fall (Orange, Yellow, & Brown) Weaver Nut Nonpareils, Jelly Belly Candy Corn, Jelly Belly Mellowcreme Pumpkin, etc.

Caramel Apple Nachos

This is a quick and delicious treat perfect for your next Thanksgiving, or any other party.

Ingredients:

3-4 Gala apples

3-4 Granny Smith apples

½ package (about 6 oz.) unwrapped caramels, Kraft or Classic Vanilla Caramel Squares

1 tablespoon water

White chocolate candy coating, such as Majestic White Wafer Clasen

½ cup Hershey's Mini Kisses

½ cup Hershey's Skor English Toffee Bits

Start with placing heath bits and mini chocolate chips into separate bowls – they need to be ready to be sprinkled on as soon as the caramel and white chocolate are on.

Cut the apples and arrange on a serving dish right before working on candy coating and caramel so they do not brown.

Unwrap caramels and place in a small pot with 1-tablespoon water, heat on low-medium temp until melted. If you want to enrich the dessert with a pumpkin flavor, use Primrose Pumpkin Spice Caramel Kisses instead of regular caramels.

At the same time, melt white chocolate coating in a small pot on low heat and stir constantly until melted and smooth. Place in your Ziploc bag as soon as it's done, and cut the corner for drizzling the chocolate.

Drizzle white chocolate and caramel as soon as they are melted over apple slices, sprinkle toffee bits and mini chips toppings on immediately, and your dish is ready to be served and enjoyed.
