Shipping & Returns


We apologize for any delays.  Shipping is taking longer than normal.  We are processing orders on our end as quickly as we always have, however, the carriers are taking longer to deliver the packages. 

Since we feel that you will want your product right away, we ship your product the same day you order it as long as the order is received by *12:00 NOON EST (*Does not include free shipping or fixed shipping offers ).  That way you can enjoy your munchies ASAP.  Same day shipments are shipped via FedEx Ground, or you can request an expedited service if a faster transit method is necessary.   

We also offer more economical shipping solutions such as USPS.  Please note, that USPS shipments will be shipped within 48 hrs of placing your order.  The shipping prices may be more economical but order processing and transit times can be longer. 

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Hot Weather Shipping / Perishable Products

In an effort to maintain product integrity during transit, perishable products will be shipped in an insulated package between May 1 and October 1.  Because of the additional expense of cold packing an item, there will be an additional charge of $1.99 per item.  Perishable products will not be eligible for free shipping offers.  Perishable products cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.  When ordering a perishable item, please make sure you are home to receive the delivery to ensure it does not remain in the elements.

Please keep in mind that depending on your location, transit times from our location can be longer than 1 or 2 days so if you are ordering perishables you should request an expedited service during warm times of the year. This will ensure your goodies arrive unscathed so you can chow down as soon as the delivery arrives.

Receiving of A Delivery

We highly recommend that customers are at the receiving location at the time or day the package is expected to arrive.  Packages should be brought out of the elements immediately after delivery to ensure the product integrity is not affected by adverse conditions.  

Return/Credit Policy

All products shipped from our location are guaranteed fresh.  If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our product please contact us so we can find an agreeable solution to make you happy.

*Please notify us in any and all situations of Shortages, Discrepancies, Damages or Miss-shipments within 24 HOURS of delivery receipt of merchandise!  Due to the sensitive nature of the product being shipped, failure to do so may void eligibility of a refund.  The sooner you let us know of a delivery issue the better.  This assists us in filing claims with the shipping company.

When contacting us, please have your receipt, order number, order date, and the reason for the return.  All items being returned must be in the original package unless otherwise instructed.  

All customer error returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus the shipping expenses to return the product to our location.  The restocking fee doesn’t apply when an error on our part has been made or when a product has failed to meet its standard.

Credits for returns, shortages or damaged goods will be refunded back to your account to be used as store credit.  Or, upon request, it can be refunded back to you by the original payment method that was used for payment of the original order.  Please note that credit for returns will not be issued until the product has been received and approved by our staff.
